Eric Czuleger is a geopolitical analyst, journalist, and the founder and Editor-in-Chief of The Under Report. He trained as an intelligence analyst under George Friedman at Geopolitical Futures and serves as a vetted analyst with the RANE Network. He holds an MS in National Security from the RAND School of Public Policy and an MSt in Creative Writing from the University of Oxford.

He is a returned Peace Corps volunteer (Albania, 2011–2013), he has lived, worked, and traveled through more than 45 countries and he is the author of You Are Not Here: Travels Through Countries That Don't Exist. While writing this book he went from being a 3rd grade teacher in Iraqi Kurdistan to becoming the acting Liberland Ambassador to Somaliland.

He splits his time between Tirana, Albania and Los Angeles.
